The case against Mayor Kilpatrick is blown wide open.After being barraged by the media, city council and sitting in jail.Today Governor Jennifer Granholm scheduled a hearing, to decide the fate of the young Detroit Mayor, which is scheduled today sept 3rd.

Mayor Kilpatrick is being charged with 8 felony counts, such as perjury to obstruction of justice.As the hearing went on , there are talks of his text messages, firing police officers wrongfully, and his disregard for his wife and family. Mayor Kilpatrick has refused to step down at the request of the city council. Well, his fate will be decided soon.
