Shinwari tribes formed 30-member committee to monitor law and order in the area. A Jirga consisting of the notable Shinwari elders was held in the lawn of Political administration Landi Kotal office under the supervision of administration to chalk out feasible strategy against miscreants to restore normality in the area. This 30-member committee of the Shinwari tribes will handle the arisen situation, told Haji Gulab Shinwari. He out rightly rejected the formation of an armed tribal Lashker and observed that Shinwari people have already brought an end to the activities of the local Taliban. Mean while a Jirga of Khyber Zakha Khel was held with regard to form a Lashker consisting of the youngsters from various tribes to check militancy in the area. For the time being 20-member committee will supervise the situation and will take timely decisions, told Shakir Khan Afridi. A large number of people are indifferent to the jirgas in the Khyber to form Lashker, which will foment the situation. Similarly Malik Atta Ullah Koki Khel in a Jirga held at Jamrud refused to form tribal Lashker against Taliban to shed blood in the area.
