Influx of tribal migrants on Torkham is in progress

The migrants from Bajaur and Mohmand Agencies come through Torkham border. Their speedy influx is in progress on daily basis and more than two hundred tribal people come to Peshawar and other areas through Torkham border, told an official at Torkham.We come through this way is the roads leading to Peshawar and other settled areas have been blocked by security forces from Mohmand and Bajaur Agencies, told an aged person of Mohmand Agency. He said that they and other people in large number have crossed into the bordering areas of Afghanistan and thus travel a very long distance to reach Torkham border. He said that they were not aware of the reason as to why the security forces were bent upon destroying their villages and homes. We have no relations with militancy and are people just to pass time with our families in tribal areas, said the old migrant. Another person abused the government for carrying on the bloody military operation due to which they were compelled to migrate from their own homes and villages. We have been surrounded from three sides, US led attacks, Pak army and Taliban, complained this person.
