Germany bars driver for keeping car too dirty
The Germans are indeed strict!
They have banned a lady driver from driving till her car passes a 'tidiness' test. Her car is stuffed with clothes, magazines, some furniture so much that her face gets pressed to the windshield when she drives.
Police have said that it is difficult to see the driver as she drives her Vauxhall Astra.
the name of the driver has been withheld

Wow what a mess! After looking at the image, I don't blame them for making her pass a tidiness test. But I don't understand how it would be difficult to see the driver if her face is pressed up against the windshield.
