Israel Ambassador Gabriela Shalev told UN security council that Israel was forced to attack Gaza. He said that Hamas and other militant organizations fired 8000 rockets and mortar shells on the residents of Southern Israel. He further said that no state would permit such attacks on its citizens.

I agree with what Mr. Ambassadors has said. But the way his countries forces are carrying out operations inside Gaza is morally unpleasant.

He said that Hamas was not interest in making peace. The question is : Why does Israel want to make peace on its terms?

Israel must vacate Palestinian lands if wants peace. Israel has ignored all the resolutions passed by the Security resolutions which were in Palestinian people’s favour. You can make with the Palestinian unless you give them their due rights.
