The Secretary-General of the League of Arab States Amr Moussa, President al-Bashir "has the full right" in the presence of 21 Arab summit to be held in Doha, the middle of next week, noting that the decision to participate is up to Bashir, "both commissioned by the presence in person or on its behalf,"Commenting on the decision of the possibility of a unified Arab summit in this regard to the memorandum of arrest issued by the ICC against the President Al-Bashir, Musa said in a press conference in Doha, "The issue is more complex than just meeting, but the decision is left up to the Council of the League.
The Secretary-General of the Arab League that to achieve justice in Darfur, said that there were "many things may be resorted to peaceful and legal ways to achieve this justice," he said, referring to the decision of rejection of the right to arrest al-Bashir, Musa acknowledged that the Doha summit, the Arab "is taking place at a sensitive time and accurately .. requires concerted efforts to achieve the supreme Arab interests, "warning that the leaders will hold a special meeting during the summit to discuss Arab differences.
It should be noted that the Doha summit adopted a statement of full support for Sudan in the face of the International Criminal Court.
