DESTRUCTION OF THE HINDU TEMPLES IN VIETNAM.

This anouncement is concerning the Hindu historical temple site in the jungles of Cambodia. It is being done by the Thai Regime from Bangkok because they reckon they own it although it is on the Vietnam side of the border. The historic temples were originally built by the Hare Krishna's but the Krishna sect was evicted from Vietnam and the temple and its grounds were given to the Buddhists. Bangkok now claim that Vietnam gave them to Thailand and they can do what they like with them. They decided to demolish and raise the historic temples to the ground to be erased from the face of the earth. These are Heritage buildings that should be preserved for tourism but Thailand doesn't care about that, they only want to destroy. The news came couple of days ago on the Australian TV channel. There seems to be nothing Cambodia can do to stop the demolition. Over a thousand years of history is being destroyed there. 26/5/2009.
