A new audio tape attributed to al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden is criticizing U.S...The recording was broadcast on Al-Jazeera television Wednesday, shortly after Mr. Obama arrived in Saudi Arabia, the first stop on a trip where he will be reaching out to Muslims around the world.
