Get set to Beat the Heat
There is, however, one cultural concept that continues to boggle me: sun tanning. Having being taught as a child to avoid the glare of the Dubai sun as much as possible, I remain puzzled when my paler friends come back from a day in the sun, pink as raw tuna.
